Presenters
Presenters are people who present shows. Unlike other stations, fresh air does not operate a system which accommodates generic presenters. However, as part of the HUB Shows, chances are that you may find yourself being referred to as a presenter, and even asked to be the presenter for the show that week.

Role
If you are the main presenter for a show, your job is simple: to guarantee that the chat does not stop. This doesn't mean endlessly talking garbage, but keeping an eye on how the group dynamic is sounding; you are like a conductor, carefully orchestrating your team into conversation that ebbs and flows naturally, and which keeps lively, fresh and interesting to listen to. Timing is essential, as is confidence and an ability to multi-task. the gift of the gab can be useful, but musn't be overused - a presenter that is prepared, and even scripted, stands head and shoulder above the rest.
